Single dad...Not

        Singled out!

Thank you for taking the time to visit my site.  SINGLED DAD…NOT SINGLED OUT! focuses on helping men young and old, become better fathers. Our mission is to get men more involved in the nurturing of their children.

Eight years ago, I went through a bitter divorce.  I was able to experience first hand what can happen to a man if he is not mentally prepared to deal with what goes on behind the doors of the family court system.  My ex-wife and I fought over everything. From money, visitation, school, to and all out war for custody of my two boys. If there was something to fight about, we found it.  During this ordeal I made a promise that after ironing out all of my issues with my ex-wife, I would  write a book that is geared towards helping men become better fathers while informing them about the harsh realities within the family court system.  My main goal is to convince fathers that they can make a difference in their child’s life; even if they are no longer involved with the mother of their child.

The fathers role today is more important now than ever.  Fathers are irreplaceable, and regardless of what society may believe, mothers can NOT be fathers.  I don’t care if it’s pitching a ball to your child, taking them out to a movie, or simply discussing the events of the day.  A mother can not do it like a father can.  However, fathers must step up to the plate and take on this responsibility. Our children of today can not do it by themselves.  This is why I wrote the book, SINGLE DAD…NOT SINGLED OUT! To help fathers realize their importance and understand just how instrumental they are.  This book not only offers tips for the single dad, it give ALL FATHERS a reason to stay engaged with their child.

So, if you know of any fathers who need encouragement, if you know any fathers that need someone to talk to, please direct them to this site.  A child’s life may depend on it.

Thank you.
